Pact Collective’s Collection Programs
Pact is a nonprofit, membership-based movement uniting the beauty industry to take responsibility for its packaging waste. Together, we’ve already diverted more than 675,000 pounds of beauty packaging from landfills — but our impact goes beyond the numbers. With each program we run, Pact informs the industry, shifts design choices, and helps brands transition to packaging that doesn’t need Pact in the first place. Our vendors are an extension of this mission. Your partnership is not just operational — it is transformational.
Pact Collective is seeking qualified partners to support its mission of reducing beauty waste. Potential partners are invited to submit to one or both operational tracks — Logistics & Materials Handling and Recycling & Processing — to optimize and enhance transparency standards for Pact’s collection programs.
Through this RFP, Pact aims to select partners who can:
Ensure transparent, traceable, and auditable operations across logistics, sorting, and processing.
Use innovative approaches to maximize material recovery and improve recycling rates.
Maintain high operational, environmental, and ethical standards while remaining flexible to evolving needs.
We recognize that our needs are unique, and not every respondent will have direct experience with a similar program. We welcome proposals from any values-aligned organization that’s excited to collaborate with us to achieve our goals.
